Do you know if you took a DVD like uh Haunting in Connecticut and then you put it inside connected to a PC or laptop and then you went to Mozilla Firefox and typed in MakeMKV and hit enter, clicked on this official link to download. You could then open up MakeMKV and when your disc pops up, click on it. And while you make a folder named movies and and just be the name and the year right. Go to MakeMKV and deselect everything and then only select the largest file. Make sure it saves to the right folder. And once that's done, click the green arrow. And while that processes, go back to Mozilla Firefox and type in Jellyfin, then click on the Jellyfin.org link and click download now and let that install. Jellyfin Media Player. Jellyfin Media Player. This link and Jellyfin Media Player. Up your Jellyfin. The only complicated to do is to your modem. Open up Jellyfin for the first time. It's gonna ask you for an address. Go to command prompt, type in IPconfig and hit enter. The thing you're looking for is your IPv4. So you'll copy that entire number and put 8096 afterwards and log in. Once logged in, go to the top left, dashboard, libraries, libraries, again, click add media. Select whatever content you'll be uploading. Add your folder. Once selected, click okay. And when you give it some time, it'll actually load up all the movies you have in that folder. If you do all of that correctly, you've just made your own streaming platform at home. And you can now cancel your Netflix, Disney+ subscriptions and start buying physical media.
