Welcome to Rich Girl Theory. The series where I show you how to make more money and then what to do with it so that it can work for you. In this episode we're going to cover the one thing that most millionaires have that everybody else just seems to overlook. And yes I'm talking about skills. A skills is a group of abilities and knowledge that somebody has that allows them to do things correctly. And most millionaires understand that value is measured based on what you can provide to the marketplace. So in simple theory the better your skill set the more money you're going to be able to make. But it is important to understand the market and study what type of skills are really going to be the ones that give you the best return on investment. So when you're looking for what skill to learn, just think about this. The bigger the problem you sold for people, the bigger your paycheck is going to be. And the harder it is for you to get replaced. Let me give you a tactical example. I used to serve tables at a restaurant and I was making minimum wage, $12 an hour. Why was this? Because number one, I could be replaced the next day. There's not really much demand for servers because it's something that pretty much anybody can do. And the problem I was solving was pretty much insignificant. But now that I learned real skills like marketing, sales and branding, my work hours are worth up to $200. Why? Because by simply putting the time to learning the right skills, I became an asset. And I can solve real problems and produce way more money for other people. So that means that when the marketplace needs you, they're willing to pay you. So if you know you want to be a rich girl, don't overcomplicated and start learning a skill. And these are a list of the best skills that you can learn in 2026 that will put you on the way to becoming a millionaire.
