Your calendar should look like someone who takes their business seriously, so let's systemize yours right now First, we're going to use micro calendars as labels (these are mine :) All you're going to do is create multiple calendars for the reoccurring aspects of your work and of your life This is what you're going to rely on on a daily basis to keep you hyper on track I also have ones for my daily goals because I use the four- quarter system I basically break my whole day down into four quarters, morning, midday, afternoon, and night I set very specific goals for each quarter And if I don't end up hitting my morning goal, at least I have three more opportunities during the day to hit my goals This just really helps structure your priorities out So once you have your micro calendar set up. you're going to go in and write in your daily goals for each quarter moving right along to step number two, which is color coding You don't want to open up your Google calendar and feel like you're being screamed at You want it to be a safe space where you feel inspired So you're just going to assign colors to each calendar so that they can act as labels Tip number three is to use reoccurring events for task batching and content batching I have reoccurring events set for six days of the week I started this video off by saying your calendar should be a direct reflection of how seriously you take your business So from one hyper-organized girly to the next, just trust me and thank me later And if you have any questions, you already know I'm here for them
