I have a theory that if you were doing the YUP challenge, one of the most well-known challenges on the internet since I have been a coach for the past seven years, that you are more than likely missing a key element when it comes to this challenge. What I will say first is I have seen a lot of positive feedback, a lot of positive experience with the challenge itself, with the implications of knowing what to post every single day. The other side, the other side of feedback is yes, it's well and good to get told what to implement, what to do. There are people who are dropping off after a few days, after a week. There are people that are procrastinating, there are people that aren't finding the time they thought they would have to create this content, to continue on with the challenge. This is why I do what I do, because you can be handed the perfect plan. You can be handed on a silver platter, exactly what to do, what to say, when to say it, how to do it, when to do it, and still not do it. If you're doing the up challenge, what I want you to remember, I don't care that if you've been consistent and I don't care if you fallen off after day three, this is for everyone. I need you to explore your fear of being seen, your fear of visibility, which means that there is some unconscious part of you that fears being perceived in a certain way that fears being judged, that fears being, that fears being rejected or abandoned. One of the reasons as to why has become so successful is she has her capacity of her system which is her tolerance for change when it comes to visibility, when it comes to public perception, when it comes to money, responsibility, when it comes to people's understanding of who she is and what she does. We can all agree that on camera is not a new concept, but what isn't considered enough is understanding why do I pull back when I go viral? Why do I procrastinate when I need to create, edit and post this piece of content? Why do I suddenly get busy when I start to gain momentum? For all of you doing the up challenge for anyone that creates content that anyone that shows up online, ask yourself this. What am I afraid of happening? Or what's my worst fear or the biggest back to gaining more visibility.
