Hook
6 months in to growing out my grey hairs after over a decade of covering them I am almost 6 months into growing out my grey hair and I've started wearing it in this slick back where you can really see a lot of the grey, like it's quite noticeable. I would be lying if I said it's been easy. I think the biggest thing for me is when I'm in public, I don't really think about it that much, but sometimes I can notice when someone notices them, like if I'm having a conversation with someone and like make eye contact with them, I can sort of like see them look at my hair and see them noticing the grays. But they could be noticing the grays and be thinking, oh my god, that looks really cool. Like I don't necessarily think they're being like, what the hell, like that's so ugly. I think it's just because it's different and maybe unexpected that people are noticing it. So that is kind of a little bit difficult for me, just being completely honest. But I do like the way that they look, especially when I have my hair slicked back like this, I think it looks cool to be honest. I really just am struggling with having the line of demarcation and having my hair very warm on the ends and having the gray come through at the top. So that's just another sign for me to keep on growing out my hair. I really want it to just be all natural. The other issue I have is I'm getting married in February, which is over six months away. So I need to decide whether I'm going to rock my gray or if I'm going to do like a semi-permanent to kind of blend them. That's a problem for later though. I don't really care about that now. But yeah, just thought I would do a check-in and show you all of my grays.
