Hook
Hey guys, so get ready with me for my nightly routine on a Navy ship. Now first stop is going to be the birthing. And the first thing I do is take my vitamins. And if it looks like it's a lot, that's because it is, and that's because I am old. Next, I'll have my nightly protein shake with a little creatine mixed in it because gains always. And when you're deployed on a Navy ship and working long hours, sometimes you do miss meals, so protein shakes are a great supplement to add in so you don't miss out on any of that protein. Next, I grab my Crocs and change out of these filthy work boots. Now, these Crocs are strictly my shower shoes because trust me, you do not want to be barefoot in a ship shower. And now it's time to get out of this uniform, drop the gear, and get ready to clean up. Then it's off to the head. I'll floss, brush my teeth, use some mouthwash before hitting the showers. Now, the thing about the showers is, it's pretty much a daily gamble. Sometimes it's nice and hot, sometimes it's freezing cold, but regardless, you take whatever the ship gives you. And once I'm out of the shower, I'll put on some lotion and some other regular hygiene stuff. Try off my Crocs. And then it's time to head back to the birthing. And I'll hang up my towel, my shower caddy, and get everything ready for tomorrow. And here's a quick tour of my rack because it's basically my home whenever I'm out at sea. Once that's done, I climb into my rack, hang up my Crocs, close the curtain, and I call it a day. In a few hours, my alarm will go off, and I'll be back to do it all over again. So good night, and stay salty, shipmates.
