It seems that everybody wants to just build an app. Oh, AI knows how to code. Therefore, the business that is going to make me money in 2026 is where I use a few sentences to describe an application, whether it's a business application, a consumer application, and through learning how to vibe code, I'm going to be able to start not just making money in the next couple months, but consistently build a career for myself, a company, a business, over the next three to five years. This is probably one of the most mimetically charged lies that is poisoning a lot of potential entrepreneurs in today's market. I have to be the one to say it, unfortunately, but it is not a traffic issue, it's not a creativity issue. It's a product market fit issue, and it's probably also a intelligence issue. The idea that one, you're going to do this without funding, without investors, and by yourself is just extremely naive. And if you actually had something that was life changing, that you were obsessed with solving this problem with technology instead of making TikTok videos, instead of trying to become, you know, a vibe code influencer, you would reach out to people that had a lot of money, and you would build, like, a pitch deck, and then they would give you money and then you would throw money at developers and you throw money at advertising and marketing and hiring a CMO and like, actually building a company and not making money for the first two years. I think even Roy Lee said that he's paying himself damn near nothing and they're making millions of dollars a year, and they're getting multiple rounds of investment, and all this is going towards, you know, running his company. So expect, if you're actually reasonable about this and you wanna start a software company, expect like two years where you're not even going to get paid. Like, the whole reason I'm hearing everyone want to do this is because they want to make money, but none of them wanna go the route of building a pitch deck and pitching to investors, then getting money and then managing this money and hiring people and building out multiple departments and then finding product market fit by testing your software in the market. So I even seen influencers with a ton of traffic, people like me, people on TikTok that just, oh, I'm gonna build a software, and then they can't even find PMF even though they have the audience for it. And they end up building some mobile app that in a year, like, becomes completely forgotten about, no one uses it, and then you look stupid. This ideology that you can make money by vibe coding a tool and then selling it to the market is highly unrealistic. If anything, the more realistic thing is I'm going to identify processes in my business that I already have or in a friend's business and I'm going to build integrations and automations or some software layer inside their company that's proprietary and then manage it for them or then build that out and see how it works for a year and then maybe find product market fit, build out a pitch deck, and then finally go to investors and pitch this. But this idea that we're making vibe coding websites, guys, this sounds like a cope. It sounds like an agenda. Who's benefiting from this agenda? It sounds like the API providers are, Cursor is, the influencers. But I really need you guys to hammer this ideology out of your brains, because at the end of the day if you really just wanted the money, you would understand that you can white label software and there's also an open source marketplace with already existing software that you could just be a consultant and be hired to build out existing open source applications into people's companies. Or, like white label software like, gohighlevel and then resell it to small local businesses in your area. That is 10 times easier and also 10 times more realistic, but no one wants to do it because it's not the mimetically charged ideology that's being pushed in the tech sector right now. So, hopefully this could shed some light on this vibe coding erotic fantasy that you guys have. I think it's very dangerous and very taking away from your focus and your attention and if I haven't warned you already, spend a month at it, you'll find out that is the exact thing that's gonna happen. So, wish you guys the best of luck, and let me know what you guys think.
