My name is Kierra, I'm an online creative founder and every single day I've been using AI. And I thought, what better way to show you kind of what I do day to day for creative tasks specifically. So I'm going to start a series for the next 7 days and give you some info on what to do in your business. My business is, we've placed AI fluent assistants with a lot of top founders anywhere from creative assistants, social media managers, executive assistants. A great starting tip is to have an AI dashboard you can use Google Sheets, Google Docs, I use Notion. I love it. But really, this is ultimately to better improve the output for AI. I'm actually going through right now, exactly what I have on my Notion, but I'll put on the screen just some info for you. But the most important one I think to start out with is an AI prompt master dashboard. This is basically just to document anything that you use day to day, anything that anyone in your business can replicate. Even if you're a solo founder, this is just helpful to not have to reinvent the wheel every single time. I'll show some of my favorite creative prompts. There's a lot you can dive into. But part two is the most important part. We'll get into the skills vault. Skills is how you train your AI for creatives. This can be your brand voice, brand guidelines, and do's and don'ts of your brand, so how do you want to sound in your messaging. These are all things that really help with the final output, which just helps your creative business run on autopilot. Everything else you see on the screen is a good starting point for your AI dashboard. But honestly, for beginners, not that tech savvy, and skills and problems are just a great starting point.
