I made my own Content Creator Command Center. I spend a lot of time planning my videos, but all my ideas live in one super long Google Doc. I wanted something that felt like an HQ for all my content planning. So I took to my bestie Claude and I started building. I used a developer API's for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to pull all my posts and show them on my dashboard with their stats. Then I used the API to generate insights based on my recent posts and how they performed. And then I can take this analysis and write new ideas directly in the dashboard. Move them to the Kanban board so I can visualize where everything is in the life cycle. And then once I post, I can sync all the new content back in so that I can keep iterating on the process. The command center is tailored to exactly how I create my content and I'm so happy with where it's at right now. The next thing I'm gonna add is a feature to use AI to repurpose my ideas into different formats for different platforms. Stay tuned for part two.
