SO AGAIN, DRIVERS ARE FEDERALLY REGULATED ON HOW LONG THEY CAN DRIVE. 11 HOURS AND THEN THEY HAVE A 10 HOUR BREAK. THAT 11 HOURS ALSO INCLUDES FEDERALLY MANDATED BREAKS AND IT INCLUDES ARE WAITING TO AND WHILE THEY'RE LOADING OR UNLOADING. SO THEY ARE NOT DRIVING FOR 11 HOURS STRAIGHT. BUT AS I ALSO SAID, ON THERE ARE 10 TO 20 TIMES MORE FOUR WHEELERS ON THE ROAD THAN 18 WHEELERS. THERE ARE NO REGULATIONS TELLING YOU CAN DRIVE. YOU CAN DRIVE FOR 24 HOURS AND NOBODY HAS ANY CONTROL OVER IT. YOU HOW OFTEN YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLE. THERE'S NOBODY CHECKING WHAT YOUR INSURANCE IS, YOU'VE HAD ANY ACCIDENTS YOU HAD AND TELLING YOU OR CANNOT STILL DRIVE FOR YOUR JOB! UNLESS YOU BREAK THE LAW. THE ARE FINDING A WAY TO BREAK THE LAW AND DRIVING TOO MUCH OR DRIVING UNSAFELY, IT COMES DOWN TO THE DRIVER. BUT GENERALLY IT IS SOMEONE AT THEIR BOSS, WHO'S IF YOU DON'T WILL FIRE YOU. YOUR JOB IF YOU DON'T DRIVE LONGER OR WHAT HAVE YOU. THAT'S THEIR LIVELIHOOD, THAT'S THEIR MONEY THAT THEY'RE MESSING WITH, MESS WITH THEIR MONEY. OF COURSE, THERE'S VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE OF ANY INDUSTRY OR ANY GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT THE LAW. BUT I WOULD INVITE YOU, ANYONE, TO CHECK OUT THE FMCSA, THE FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATION'S WEBSITE. IT'S GOT ALL THE REGULATIONS, HOW MANY HOURS VERY CLEARLY, HOW MANY BREAKS HOW MANY HOURS NOT WORK. VERY SIMPLE. IT'S NOT IN ANYONE'S BEST INTEREST TO BREAK THESE RULES. for the love of Jerry Reed, what is happening? How did I get on the side of TikTok where people don't watch the whole video and they miss the point like it's their life's work? This lawyer's whole point was that we need to hold accountable freight brokers, shippers, receivers, dispatchers for semi accidents. Was as someone in the transportation industry over two specifically in their carrier compliance department. So I am this while he, my whole point was that none of those people have any control over the truck and the driver. None. State that it other things. Was with his no allegedly or in my opinion say fell asleep or texting or whatever means nothing. Why I stitched him anything like that. Go back and see his irresponsible and ignorant video. He doesn't state any of those things saying or whatever does not negate what he said. So again, drivers are federally regulated on how long they can drive. 11 hours and then they have a 10 hour break. That 11 hours also includes federally mandated breaks and it includes are waiting to and while they're loading or unloading. So they are not driving for 11 hours straight. But as I also said, on there are 10 to 20 times more four wheelers on the road than 18 wheelers. There are no regulations telling you can drive. You can drive for 24 hours and nobody has any control over it. You how often you have to maintain your vehicle. There's nobody checking what your insurance is, you've had any accidents you had and telling you or cannot still drive for your job! Unless you break the law. The are finding a way to break the law and driving too much or driving unsafely, it comes down to the driver. But generally it is someone at their boss, who's if you don't will fire you. Your job if you don't drive longer or what have you. That's their livelihood, that's their money that they're messing with, mess with their money. Of course, there's very small percentage of any industry or any group of people that the law. But I would invite you, anyone, to check out the FMCSA, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's website. It's got all the regulations, how many hours very clearly, how many breaks how many hours not work. Very simple. It's not in anyone's best interest to break these rules. Gonna do it, but it's not interest to do it. No one has any control except themselves or threatening their employment. Please get my get my point. Okay, bye.
