Codex Record and Replay: Record a Workflow and Make It a Reusable Skill Record and Replay lets you demonstrate a workflow on your Mac and turn it into a reusable Codex skill. It is designed for repetitive workflows, tasks that depend on your preferences, or processes that are easier to show than explain in a prompt. You can record things like filing an expense, booking a parking space, creating a configured issue, publishing a video, or downloading a recurring report. After recording, Codex inspects the workflow and creates a skill with the steps, inputs, and success criteria needed to repeat it. You can then replay the workflow using Computer Use, browser actions, connected plugins, or a combination of them.
