Hi, I'm Jemima and welcome to Jemima's House of Horrors. My thing with concealer and foundation, put it anywhere you like, but I never put it under my eyes. It just looks weird to me to have no definition between the cheek and the eye socket. I'd little bit of circles under the eyes, this kind of sexy, very um, people in bug. Normally I would use a brush, but I forgot that I had one. That's a cat. I think when people say, you know, I'm doing this for myself. I like to wear, you know, I like to inject my lips and, you know, do a bit of blush. It's for myself. It's for no one else. I am all with you guys. I think it's fun to look, however you want to look. However you want to look, but it's really hard to separate that from society's terms of beauty. You feel good because, you know, you know that you look good. But you only know that you look good because of what you've been told looking good. After I made girls, there was a lot of talk about, you know, Jemima is exactly Jess. She's a character. And I was like, what are they talking about? That's not me. I'm an actress, you know, of course, that's not me. But, you know, I think you guys are pretty perceptive. I think we know ourselves better than we do. And so maybe you guys are right. First time I read the girls script, I was like, this is stupid. No one's going to like it. And then when we shot it, I still thought it was stupid. I was like, this just feels like a big inside joke. But I was wrong. Apparently, the show. It's okay. I'm still on the fence about it. Look how the light just hits my ex. So you can see there was an episode. It was the money's wedding. She comes out in like crazy makeup and I was like, Oh my god, Jemima, this was a joke. What? It's about the best you've ever learned. And so I'm going to remember them like, no one's listening. That's kind of how I feel about my writing too. It's not that big of a deal. Most people are going to read the first sentence and scroll through. I kind of use that philosophy and then it frees me up a little. I think that's good. Also, this is a little technique. When I do mascara, I like to blink heavily so that it sort of gets a little bit on the bottom without me having to touch it to the last two seasons or three seasons of girls I had eczema all over my face. So we started doing red eye makeup. So I still do that. This is a lip liner. So we started incorporating the red and making it look intentional. You see? It's kind of cute. It's like, okay, it's like, okay. Both my kids, you know, they like, they like nervous for school presentations or some sort of public speaking. I just remind them like, no one's listening. That's kind of how I feel about my writing too. It's not that big of a deal. Most people are going to read the first sentence and scroll through.
