2 years ago I came to this trail head with some friends. None of them wanted to hike it with me. Now, completely myself. I feel so proud of myself. I'm excited. I'm excited to get to the top. Top. I solo hike quite often now but this hike felt like a huge growth moment for me.. 2 years ago I came here really wanting to do this hike and decided because the people I was here with didnt want to I wouldnt, I continued to think about this hike for the entirety of those 2 years. Determined to get to a place where I felt safe and comfortable enough in the mountains to do it... I could cry its so beautiful.
