Come to work with me. Work my coffee business with me. Hi, I'm Marion, a 32-year-old mom and full-time content creator. And I don't know if you know this, but I also own Sunday Brew Coffee, which is a permitted coffee cart. And now we also have our cottage kitchen license. I am very frequently asked how I'm able to balance it all being a creator, a small business owner, and a mom, and just maintain my home in general. In truth, I don't. I am extremely humbled and given on any given day, we had two orders on our agenda today, and this is one of them. We made 18 chilled lattes for a Pilates party. And this is a little behind the scenes of what that looks like. I always start by laying out all of our cans and adding our ingredients. Get shots. And yes, I pull each shot is tedious, time-consuming process. But batching espresso. I don't like batching espresso. I don't know. I just think each latte deserves a freshly pulled shot. I am really just so proud of our product and I think these are so cute and just the perfect touch to any event. So yeah, I don't balance at all. As a small business owner, you just kind of do a little bit of everything. Deciding what you cannot wait and what you cannot. It's definitely super busy, but I'm really grateful for what I get to call my work. So yeah, thanks for coming along behind the scenes with me.
