Iced Strawberry Latte🧊🍓☕️ Recipe below⬇️ This is a perfect drink for summer!☀️ • ingredients for one big latte: 6 strawberries, blended • for one serving of the cold foam: 2 tablespoons of the strawberry puree 3 tablespoons heavy cream 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1/4 teapsoon vanilla extract • for the coffee: a double shot of espresso optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional: 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract ice 1 - 1 1/2 cups milk, to taste (240 - 360 ml) • 1. Add the strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth 2. Make the cold foam: Whisk together heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of the strawberry puree, maple syrup and vanilla and until fluffy 3. If you like your coffee sweeter: mix the shot of espresso with a little bit of maple syrup and vanilla extract 4.
