Transcript

If you want protein balls without protein powder, you have to try these. They taste like brownie batter and have 10 grams of protein per ball. You need blended cottage cheese, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla paste or vanilla extract, almond flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Then mix everything together. Roll the mixture into balls. It's quite sticky, so if you don't want to get your hands dirty, you can just spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper. Then freeze them for about an hour. You can dip them in melted dark chocolate, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top. Recipe in the caption. Enjoy.

Brownie Protein Balls without Protein Powder😍 These have about 10 g protein per ball. I had to make my version of the viral cottage cheese protein balls! These are fudgy, chocolaty and really taste like brownie batter! I recommend storing these in the freezer and letting them sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before serving, this way they’ll have a truffle-like texture🤩 These are a yummy dessert or snack idea! • Get my Ebooks and you’ll have all of my most popular recipes in one place + many exclusive recipes🤩 My Ebooks have 265 healthy & easy recipes.
