let's try a Vietnamese restaurant that's northern southern and western. Today I'm at Saigon Xua in Westminster. Starting off we got their bun rieu. It has fried tofu cha, which is like some pork loaf, pork blood tomatoes and the crab meat as well too. Hmm. My favorite part. Crab. Banh canh cua. It has pork mushroom, quail eggs shrimp and the broth here, the little more thicker than your usual broth. This is one of my favorite dishes for Vietnamese food because it has a very strong seafood flavor. This is the crab egg roll or spring rolls. It's a northern style dish and this one has like vermicelli noodles on the side, some herbs, lettuce and cucumber. What's also unique about them is that they're actually rectangular shaped. Cucumber, herbs and we're gonna wrap it. The eggroll is super crunchy and it balances so well with the fresh vegetables.
