Let's talk about side effects, to only talk about the good journey, because for me, Ivy has been a great tool, but it definitely hasn't been perfect. To be honest. Now, the biggest side effect that I experienced that, um, was nausea, you know, every now and then and learning that I have to be a lot more mindful of the stuff that I drink. Now, if I eat too much, eat too fast, that are generally, like, greasy, my stomach is usually going to tell me pretty quickly, you effing up? Okay. I've always learnt that staying hydrated and getting enough protein does make a difference to how I feel. But since being on this journey, it's literally like, do or die. Now, on the days I don't prioritize things, I can definitely tell and if there's someone who's going or if I'm going out for a drink, um, every once in a while, I'd encourage you to be very careful. I'm a personal that your body doesn't always tolerate alcohol the same way it used to. Um, so I learned my limits. But the good news is that most of the side effects that I've been, um, having have been manageable once I found out what my body. So eat smaller meals, drinking plenty of water, and listening to helped a lot. At the end of the day, every medication has a potential side effects, and everyone experience is different. So this has been my personal experience over the last six months or so, and it's important to share both the highs and the challenges so that people know and are better informed on their decision making and what to expect moving forward.
