If I could tell someone one thing before starting, starting this, it would be this, that medication is a tool. It is not the entire solution. Okay? It's you, but it's still up to you to build habits that you can maintain long, even after that journey. For me, that meant making sure I stay hydrated, prioritizing finding my protein and finding ways to move my body that I actually enjoy. Learning to listen to my hunger and my full cues. Those little choices may not seem like much in the moment, but over time, they really add up. One of the biggest changes I've noticed over the last six months isn't just on a scale. It's where I think and health. Making decisions that support my goals constantly, and they don't feel nearly as overwhelming used as they used to. So no journey is perfect. I still have days where I make choices that aren't the healthiest, okay? But remember, progress has never been about being perfect. It's about showing up, making the next best choice, and staying consistent over time. If you're thinking about starting your own journey, remember medication can be a helpful tool, but the habits that you build along the way are what helps create lasting change. That's one of the biggest lessons I've learned, and it's always carry with me as long as I'm on this journey.
