This is how I get real estate leads. First of all, I know for a fact that Google has been winning for years when it comes to search and generating and making millionaires and billionaires. From mama pop companies to people that's who was first getting started. It has made multiple millions of dollars from multiple different types of industries, so forth. When you realize that, you understand that even in today's market, when everything seems to be dead or slow or not effective, I still close deals. 98% of my deals come from Google and maybe 2 or 3% come from Chat GPT. So the way that I win is by creating a website and making sure the website is optimized for the terms that I want to be optimized for and targeting the terms that I want to close deals for. Meaning, for example, some house fast or we buy houses or companies that buy homes in a specific state or a specific city. So once I do that, then there, you know, and I do that for a certain period of time, that guarantees me a layer of or a foundation of leads coming in. Whether be five deals a month, whether it be two deals a month, whether it be one deal every other month, I know that I'm gonna get leads from that website. And when I do get the website, which I did when I first got started, I turn that money, I roll it back into the website for more content, for more, uh, marketing, so that I can continue to generate leads, not just from the SEO side of things, but other ways as well, like Facebook, social media, uh, ads and things of that nature. Wanna lose, use PPC, whatever. But at least I know for without a shadow of a doubt, that website is gonna generate at least one. The two deals, maybe even four deals a year, which might produce $20,000, which might produce $30,000. So my case, like this month here, I put six contracts. Six deals in a contract. Okay. Within a month's time. Okay. All that came from Google, and one came from Better Business Bureau. Yeah, Google and Better Business Bureau. And, um, I did get a call from Chat GPT, but it didn't convert. Okay. So, I'm just saying, telling you guys how I got started. And for me, that is the cream of the crop delete that comes in because you're not calling them. They're calling you. And in if you're calling them, those individuals are trying to save their homes, and they're not trying to sell it. And they're gonna try to get the most that they possibly can because they don't. They got nothing to lose. Me the most money that I possibly can or whatever. In my case, when they call me, they're tired of the freaking house. So I make more money on a sale on a sell the property or buying a property because that individual is ready to go right now.
