So, I want to show you one of the ways that I create leads for me or that I approach and prospect. Once I show you, then if you want, you can show me your way. But remember, real estate agents only. Show me in the comments which is your best lead source. Okay, so here we go. I'm going to show you one of my ways. Probably you guys already know it, but if not, I'm going to show you right now, okay? So pretty much what I do is I go to check properties for rent. Usually, there are a lot in your area, so I click on this one and you just copy the address, right? Go to the MLS. I already have it here, but I'm going to show you specifically where to go. I will open a new tab and you go pretty much to, if it wants to work, to the tax data search and then address range and you're just going to copy and paste the address. So I already have it here, then you click search and you scroll down and then you will have the name of the owners who are the owners or if there is an LLC. So you come to TruePeopleSearch, you put the address here, search and then you match the name. So this is the name of the person and then here is the phone number and you just send them a text. You can use, now you can show me the best way or the laziest way, because this is one of the hardest way. I also use as CRM that gets me contacts like foreclosure, expired listings and this and that. However, most of those numbers, contact information are incorrect and I hate sometimes calling the Domino's Pizza. So this is one way that I use to find leads. Of course, it takes time, but if you can send between 20 to 30 text messages a day, I'm sure some people are going to reply and then you get a listing. I'm just going to post more videos like this just for the new agents who are in the field and they don't know what to do. This is one of the easiest ways, you don't spend money, you just use your time and then it's a good way to get leads.
