I've been in Edinburgh for less than a day and I just found the best breakfast I've had in maybe the last three years. Also this city is bloody gorgeous. I'm in Edinburgh for the weekend. I've never been here before. I'm in a new city, every time I'm in a new city, the first thing I do is try and find good coffee. I don't really know where I'm going. I'm kind of just following where my legs take me. I think we found our spot. I think we found our spot. We eventually found this seemingly empty and unassuming place. And little did I know I was about to have some of the best breakfast I'd ever eaten. I asked the server what I should have and he said the COMB Special. So without looking, I just said, "No worries, I'll get that." First was the much needed flat white, which tasted just perfect. And then the COMB Special came. When I tell you, you can just taste the difference here compared to the US. And whatever this red sauce was underneath, holy sh*t. I would eat this every single day. I can't tell you how awesome that tasted. That was incredible food. Way better than anything I can get in America. Like legitimately one of the best tasting breakfasts.
