Okay, so nobody told me Tyler was gonna have a whole glow up. Like, when did this happen? And how long have I been gone? Travel with me to East Texas to look at some homes with my buyer clients. I was truly not prepared for what beautiful homes that I was going to see. The land, the space. This is not the Tyler that I grew up in and remember. We pulled up to the first house and immediately was like, okay, beautiful neighborhood. But it was more established for sure. The best part through all of this, y'all, we found the one. My buyer knew as soon as they walked in this way, this was it. And honestly, I did too. Under contract same day. Yes, y'all, same day. So that was really, really exciting.
