I find all the latest and highest apartments in Sherman with you guys. So our budget is $1,600 and this is our first community offering 8 weeks free. This is my favorite part for all my gym girls and boys. The gym was absolutely stunning. And this is a new construction, so it was just finished in 2026. From the brown finishes, the large layouts and the open concept bathroom, I absolutely love this community. It got a 10 out of 10 for me. Now onto the next. We drove down the street just an inch. We ended up at another brand new property. This property is still under construction. So there are a lot of units that aren't finished just yet and they're in phase two. However, the units that they did have available to show were still beautiful. This apartment complex did have less amenities than the other. However, I was able to get a sneak peek at the gym.
