THERE'S A SHIFT

happening in the job market at the moment, especially with entry level jobs. You're seeing a lot of smart people moving into software. AI sales, people from EY, Deloitte, you know, the big four consultants. A lot of taking and eating up their jobs. That's just the way it is. However, there's a new role that's emerging, which is a AI implementation or AI sales. Of these smart people, even from law backgrounds or healthcare backgrounds, are realising there's a lot of made in tech sales. And also it's a 9 till 5. You're not working typically past 6:00. Weekends back. And a lot of smart people and career switching into AI sales. Sales will always have a human element, um, someone to close as it's based of these consulting eaten up by AI. So what you're seeing is lots of people condensing and moving into software. And not really on the coding roles, because that's also being taken up by AI.
