The harsh reality of the world right now is that junior roles, entry level roles right out of college, are completely going away. Junior engineers, junior consultants, whatever industry companies are basically saying, we don't need someone junior, we have AI. And if they're gonna hire someone, hire someone with experience. So people need to understand that to compete for these entry level roles, these entry level roles in the first place. Even if you don't have experience, are getting hired right now, who just do things without permission. They built something, they put it out in the world. They created experience for themselves without the pedigree of a company giving them an entry level role. So if you're junior or early in your career, you're not screwed. But you do need to reframe your mindset. You're not just gonna get a job that's entry level and I'll learn it all on the job and they'll give me an opportunity. You actually have to step up, prove and learn everything before the job. That when you or when you talk and present on that people realize, oh okay, this person actually is experienced, we can hire them. The world is changing, but the playing field is actually even now.
