I'm going to show you my elevated cluster formula that will help you build garlands like this one. 1 formula. That's all you need to know. You're going to start with two pairs of 11 inch balloon's, beautifully round. Make sure that they look the same. And you're gonna twist your two pairs together to form a quad. We're gonna add another pair. This time we're using 11 inch and 17 inch. Twist them into our quad. I like to give it a couple of turns to make sure it's nice and secure. And then you're gonna make a 5 inch quad using a rubber band. We're going to attach it to our cluster. This is the cluster. Once you have this built, you're just gonna continue to build until you reach your desired length. Is basically what every cluster is in this Garland. And to connect them, I grab a neck from one of the clusters, a neck from the other cluster, and just tie them. You can also attach these clusters using the 260 method. With the 260, you're gonna make a loop, attach it to one of your 11 inch balloons. That way you can add onto your Garland. This is the elevated Garland method.
