The Elevated Cluster

For this cluster you are going to need three sizes 17 or 18 depending on the brand 11 and 5 The base of the cluster starts with two pairs of 11 inches I like to over inflate and then I release some of the air so it's perfectly round Tie them up together Simple knot And yes you do need a pump roll nozzle Especially because it's so much easier to tie your balloons to each other than to tie a single balloon Trust Now with a 17 and 11 inch you know the drill Deflate make it round tie them together Going to build our cluster by twisting our two pairs of 11 inch and then our pair of 17 and 11 Give it a couple of twists make sure it's secure Every pump comes with these little attachments that you use for the 5 inch balloons Blow up two pairs of 5 inch same thing over inflate deflate till they're perfectly round Tie them to each other Boom Now you're gonna twist them together make a little quad using an office rubber band Loop it through And this is how we're gonna attach this to the base of the cluster I usually go for the 11 inch Hair on the floor Usually I tell people to vacuum As the first step to do this Feed it through your 11 inch pull it to make sure it's completely looped in And that is the elevated cluster Look how pretty she is To connect the clusters you're gonna grab a neck from one cluster just any neck the closest one that you find And a neck from the other cluster And you want to tie them And it's really hard for me to show you working in the middle of the balloons It's just a double knot The necks of these balloons are super stretchy For the sake of the balanced look of the Garland I point these at opposite sides and really twist it around until you find the shape that you are looking for
