today I'm gonna show you how to make an easel garland using my elevated garland method and this method you can do so many different types of setups colors that I'm going with today are Monet and lemonade we're gonna start with two 11 inch balloons blow them up together deflate till they're nice and round tie them up another pair of 11 inch blow them up together deflate till they're nice and round tie them up another pair of 11 inch notice how I over inflate and then I deflate now they're beautiful next we're gonna blow up a 17 and an 11 inch blow them up together deflate reach perfect roundness to make a cluster we're gonna twist the two 11 inch pairs together now we have a quad now we're going to twist the 17 and 11 inch pair into my quad of elevens and that's the base of the cluster so now with two 5 inch pairs over inflate deflate till it's perfectly round like that another pair of fives over inflate deflate till it's perfectly round like that now we're going to twist them together to form our little 5 inch quad with a 32 rubber band I just get these at Walmart or Amazon I use it to attach this to my cluster I just grab one of the 11 inch balloons and run it through and that is my beautiful cluster and this gives me about a foot of garland so I'm gonna continue to make until I reach my desired length and I'm gonna show you how we attach everything now for this color I don't have the 17 inch balloons and so I'm just going to make three pairs of 11 inch balloons turn it into a cluster and then add my 5 inch quad to connect these clusters together you wanna grab a neck from one cluster and a neck from another cluster I just do a double knot this is what it looks like I always want to make sure that my 5 inch clusters are in the front I like to be mindful of my 17 inch and just have them pointing at opposite sides I want the bottom to look a bit more full so I'm doing two clusters of the blue color here's my easel and the way that I like to attach it is using the two 60 balloons gonna make a loop first this is the back leg I'm going to loop this around and then my balloon is gonna go in here I usually like it to go like that and cascade on this side so I'm gonna put one down here gonna feed it through the easel grab one of these don't forget to follow for more content like this and also pick up a copy of the design guide that's linked in my bio
