We out here in Phoenix, AZ. Of Phoenix, off the beaten path and we're gonna check out Kiss Boil, known for Sinaloa style chicken. Let's go take a look. Born in Sinaloa and raised in LA, the owner Jose is bringing traditional flavors with a Southern California twist. Right here to the Valley. The spot is popular with the locals and after seeing, I could tell why. For the first dish, with the foil fry. Pollo Fries, $12. Crispy seasoned fries covered with frijoles, chicken and cheese. A banger with that. The baby boss platter. It comes with three wings, a chicken slider, and a side of foil fries. The slider was a bit dry, but once you hit it with that sauce and doctor it up, it brought it back to life. The wings were solid. Nothing to write home about, but they got the job done. Finally, the Kiss Papa Burrito. Kiss Papa Burrito, $12. Papas, boil cheese, wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Simple yet delicious. This was easily my favorite item. Kiss Boil gets my recommendation with good food and reasonable prices. Don't forget to follow Bean Eats AZ for more foodie content. Follow your boy. Let me know what spot I should hit next.
