Hook

The bio hacker, that multi millionaire, I think he's a billionaire, um, who also uses his child's DNA, who does everything under the sun to optimise his personal health. Was just diagnosed with autoimmune disorder. And this is just a reminder that chronic illness, disability, things like that, they just happen. They just happen and predict. In America, it is a capital slide to tell people that, like, their personal health outcomes, the way that they treat their body, da da da. Is the sole reason why they are unhealthy or disabled or chronically ill. But the reality is that you don't really get a choice in a lot of cases. Like, you know, I mean, there was one kid I know who played chicken with cars, but that's about it. And this likely been filtered this way up to, like, millionaires and billionaires who think that they can bio hack their way out of a predisposition or even just life happening. And to a certain extent, wealth can insulate you from those things, it's really not up to you. And now, likely because of who he is and, like, the status that he has as a bio hacker, he's probably gonna spend an inordinate amount of money trying to come up with a cure and try every little thing under the sun to heal him and to make him better, which, that's his prerogative, but there's a specific reason why disabled people and chronically ill people, when they're talking about their diagnosis, say, no advice, please. Because trying everything under the sun to heal yourself once you have a disability or chronic illness doesn't always go the way people think it will.
