This is why I charged $8,000 to clean a house that already looked clean! Now, I know what you're thinking... "Why would anyone spend $8,000 on a house, that isn't even dirty?!" Here's the thing! Most people think if a house looks clean then it is clean! But after cleaning homes for the past 10 years I've learned that's completely wrong! When we first walked into this home everything seemed great... The floors were shiny... The kitchen and bathrooms looked spotless! But once we started checking the places most people never look... We found problem after problem! First! The air vents From the outside, they looked fine... but when we took them off they were packed with YEARS of dust! Then we checked the furnace and found a huge gap in the air duct that was blowing dust back into the house! Next! The windows The glass was nice and clean but the window tracks were full of dirt and debris that had been sitting there for YEARS! Not to mention, the kitchen! The cabinets looked great but on top there was a thick layer of grease! It took us three rounds of cleaning just to remove it! The range hood looked clean too but when we opened it... the inside was covered in grease! That only a steam cleaner could remove! Even the kitchen lights seemed clean... Until we steam cleaned them just look at the difference! Now, the floors! After we steam cleaned them we pulled out dirt that a regular mop could never reach! Finally! The bathroom The shower glass looked clear from far but when taking a closer look you could see it was covered in hard water stains that took HOURS to remove! The white tile floors had dirt stuck deep in the grout and underneath the toilet there were YEARS of grime just hiding That's when we knew, this house... wasn't really clean! It was only clean on the surface and that's the mistake most people make! A regular cleaning makes a house look clean PRISTINE! deep clean removes the dirt hiding inside... underneath... and behind everything! So the next time you walk into a home... don't just look at the shiny countertops or clean floors! Check the places nobody thinks about!
