Today! I charged my client $10,000 to deep clean their move-in ready home! "$10,000 for a move-in deep cleaning, that is absurd!" I know! Most people think this is a crazy price until they see what's included! We started with the kitchen! Every cabinet was fully detailed including the fronts... edges... and tops where a bunch of grease and build up usually collect! We pulled the appliances away from the walls and cleaned completely behind and underneath them removing years of food... dust and debris that regular cleaning never reaches! The stove was fully detailed including the small corners and edges where food and grease get trapped! The microwave was scrubbed inside and out removing all food splatter and build up! The refrigerator was completely detailed including the handles... edges... and filters where we found mold and grime hiding inside! The kitchen tile was steam cleaned to break down dirt trapped in the surface and grout and even the pantry shelves were disassembled and steam cleaned! Once everything was detailed we steam mopped the entire kitchen floor until everything was pristine! We then moved into the bathrooms! The toilet had a heavy ring that had to be completely removed! We then steam cleaned all around the toilet especially around the base and small areas! where grime tends to collect! The shower glass was covered in hard water marks so it was scrubbed and detailed until the glass was crystal clear again! The faucets were also covered in mineral buildup that we cleaned off and polished carefully! The sink drains were removed and cleaned from the inside pulling out hair... grime... and build up that had been sitting underneath! Not only did we disassemble and wash all light fixtures but also used our steel wool to remove all rust present! From there we moved through the rest of the home! Every window track was vacuumed scrubbed and detailed to remove trapped dust mold and debris! The blinds were removed pressure washed and put back in place perfectly! Baseboards throughout the entire home were scrubbed from end to end! Every door was completely scrubbed and wiped down not just the handles but the entire surface edges and frames! The air vents were opened up and detailed from the inside removing years of dust build up! The light fixtures were taken apart cleaned piece by piece and carefully put back together! and we didn't stop inside the house! The entire garage was cleaned too Windows full of dead bugs were detailed cobwebs were removed... door were scrubbed... and all the dust and debris throughout the space was cleaned out! The garage floor was foamed scrubbed and rinsed until... PRISTINE! Finally we vacuumed the entire home not just the open areas but edges... and hard to reach places where dust actually collects! Then! We finished by steam mopping all of the floors until everything was pristine! This wasn't a basic move-in cleaning... This was a complete detail of the areas Most people and most cleaning companies... never even think about! and that's how a move-in deep cleaning ended up costing $10,000!
