Day 14 of lowering my cost of living

Day 14 now that I’m back home! I love to stay at a Drury whenever I can when I travel bc what other hotel has free dinner and drinks??? We had such a nice little time in Frankenmuth given the circumstances. So this one day late now that I'm back home safe in bed because I didn't wanna post my real time location for all of you to see. But I had to make a trip to visit my grandma because she's not doing well and we decided to stay in Frankenmuth because it looked like such an adorable little town, and it really was a great time. We chose to stay at the Drury. I can't say it very well. The Drury Inn and Suites in Frankenmuth. If you've never stayed at a Drury before, they have really nice free breakfast, but they also have free dinner every night. And they give you tickets for free beer, wine, alcohol, whatever you want for every night of your stay. They also have free popcorn and free pop. They usually have a pop machine, but the one that we stayed at is undergoing renovation, so they just had bottles of two liters that you could drink whenever you wanted. So anyways, me and my two kids ate two breakfasts there and one dinner. I forgot to take clips of my food because I was so hungry and wrangling children, like, trying to get their food ready. I did get one clip for dinner that I ate that night. So I'll insert it here. And this is the type of food that they serve every night for dinner for completely free. You can get as much as you want. It's served just like breakfast. And this is what we had Saturday night when we were there. It was so good too. Like, it was delicious. So anyways, I'm being very generous and low with my estimates here of what I would have spent on two breakfasts for me and my kids and dinner, if I had to actually buy those meals. So I'm saying $20 for each breakfast and $30 for dinner, for a total of $70. And when you add that $70 to my previous day total of whatever that says. I don't have my glasses on. $179.35. I lowered my expenses this month by $249.35. We didn't even use our alcohol tickets, but you get three alcohol tickets per adult per night of your stay. So, like, that's a pretty good deal in my opinion. If you've never stayed at a Drury, you really should. They're always super clean, super nice, so much free stuff. Like, it's worth it. We also got popcorn from the popcorn machine probably three separate times while we were there and lots of free pop and water and coffee and all that.
