HR can't tell you so I will. Here's things your HR team could never tell you, so I will as an HR professional who doesn't work at your company. Your colleagues fired you. We didn't fire you, your colleagues did. The ones you overshare with, the ones you sit at lunch with, the ones you're laughing with at your away day. Your managers, yeah, they send a bunch of emails to us complaining that we just could not ignore. They built a case around your behaviors, your performance, the time you had from us. We were just administering a managerial decision. Be sure that your managers fire you in the right way. We are one of the gatekeepers. HR are one of those gatekeepers. Part jobs and opportunities that are only met work see. Means that people that we know that are trusted, reliable, that has a track record of success. Those people are going to be put forward because they've already proven themselves to be easy and reliable. So if you want to get ahead in your career, don't wait for HR to issue a present itself. Start getting to know your HR team and finding out what's actually happening that can't be accessed by all. Lastly, we are colleagues too. We have good days, we have bad days. We expect that everyone else that we work with is going to have the same. We don't care that you don't comply all the time because we know human behavior is going to manifest. Like it's not that deep, you know what I mean? We actually don't care until we need to care. Everyone says that HR isn't your friend, but what department in your company is?
