So you know how people are always talking about if he wanted to he would? Well, I heard a pearl for me to swallow was that if she wanted to, she would. Meaning your friends also fall true to this. If they wanted to celebrate you, they would. If they wanted to show appreciation, they would. If they wanted to reconcile or whatever stories that you have in your head making excuses for why somebody isn't doing something, just know that that does not only apply to romantic relationships. The Bible says that there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother, okay? So when you do have friends that show you all of the love that the Lord has called you to receive because you deserve friendship that makes you feel loved and that makes you not question are there intentions pure and have all these different things going around in your head, God is not the author of confusion. And that is also too for friendships. And so I say all that to say that you have not discerned incorrectly those friends that do not deserve the same level of investment that you previously gave them. If they wanted to, they would too, girl.
