SIBO TEST imagine living SIBO TEST of your life SIBO TEST with chronic stomach issues SIBO TEST is really SIBO (day before test) SIBO TEST PREP DIET: BREAKFAST good morning this is breakfast bowl of ground Turkey I usually eat this all the time BREAKFAST so this is actually exciting to me I love ground Turkey pretty easy the day before the test I can only eat meat rice and fish bowl of rice that was so good LUNCH this is my lunch Turkey rice salt it's really giving gym bro but I'm actually something as simple as gum can ruin the test results DINNER of scallops and rice I'm literally so hungry getting very over this diet I want a vegetable at this point I'm ready to vomit fish and rice actually nauseous I don't ever want to see a scallop again in my life it is finally the day it is test day I have to keep reminding myself not to drink any water before I do the test the test takes about two hours so I have to drink this horribly disgusting liquid sugar basically drinking a Coke for breakfast more like drinking a shot of Aunt Jemima syrup and now I have to drink and now it's time for my stomach to start every 15 minutes I have to go into these little bags 80% of IBS cases are Sibo so I suspect I have it my hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome dysautonomia and celiac disease do tend to mimic the same IBS and Sibo symptoms I'm so thirsty the last and final one and I've been on the toilet too many times this morning and then shipping it off you would think my first meal after the SIBO diet would not be Turkey but a girl in fact loves Turkey so we'll see if I have SIBO aka small intestinal bacterial overgrowth I cannot stop going diarrhea so I had to pick up this anti diarrhea capsules I'm going to Disneyland today and I need this to stop
