I think instant coffee can be just as good as what you get when you go out. You need just a few ingredients that you probably already have on hand. So let's get into it. If you are not mixing two different espressos, I fear you are missing out. My two favorite are Café Bustelo and Nescafé Gold, this is the blonde edition. The amount that you use has been... I've been criticized for using too much. My... I like my coffee strong, so I go anywhere between two to three shots. If you want the normal amount, just follow what's on the bottle. Separate the dry from the wet ingredients. So, we're gonna put in some ground cinnamon. Now, I'm gonna put in this is brown coconut sugar. This is one of my favorite ingredients. This is from Big Tree Farms. So, we're gonna put about a teaspoon in here. Alright. And then we're gonna put in some sugar-free maple syrup. This is literally the most underrated and so easy. I feel like people forget maple is in your coffee. It is so good. Fill my cup with warm water about a quarter of the way. The temperature is important. You don't want to do hot and you don't want to do cold. I found that lukewarm is the best. Then I'm gonna mix this up for approximately 10 to 15 seconds. I definitely want to make sure all of the granules are nicely and incorporated, but I don't want to do it too much to where it foams. Foam... too. You see how the foam comes up? You don't want too much of that. Honey, milk. From Planet Oat, they have the best oat milk. Extra creamy original oat milk. So, this is a latte. I'm going to fill this is a latte. I'm going to fill this a little bit over halfway. We want to leave room for ice. Then I'm gonna add some ice. See to me, this is literally that golden has the perfect espresso flavor and it is so good. Oh my god.
