So you want to make your instant coffee at home but you feel like it tastes like river water every single time. I've been there. Not literally, but I feel like I've literally mastered my at-home coffee routine and I have some tips for you. These tips are for latte girls, okay? If you like a cappuccino, Americano, that's not my lane, okay? I like a milky coffee. You got to find an instant espresso like, I find that combining Cafe Bustelo and Nescafe Gold is just such a good taste compliment combination, well. Combine your dry ingredients before you incorporate any sort of syrup or any wet ingredient. We're treating it like we're baking. That's my two instant espressos, ground cinnamon, coconut sugar. Okay, so my number one item. Tip number two, a milk frother. Absolutely like game-changing. I feel like whenever people are making their instant espresso, they don't froth up concoction enough and that's why it tastes so watery. They just keep adding water and it just and it's a mess. What I always do is I add my dry ingredients, add a little bit of water about a quarter of the way and then I froth it up. It combines everything super nicely. It's frothed up so that when you add in your milk, everything's already a little bit frothy and not as watery, that makes sense. Milk and ice are always last. Okay, I don't really find a difference between doing one or the other first. You can instant and tips, and if you follow these tips, I promise they'll be good. I have so many recipes on my page, so if you need specific ones, go on over there.
