I'm logging into my CRM waaaayyy less now... 🤷‍♀️ I'm a Salesforce admin. I work in RevOps and when I have a question about what's going on in Salesforce, I need to just be able to, I need it to be quick. TY Zapier MCP 🙏 I connected Zapier MCP to Claude and Salesforce, so now I just ask Claude things like, how many open opportunities have closed dates in the past? Zapier MCP allows Claude to pull the data from Salesforce to give me quick audits. I spend probably 90% less time on building and running reports because when I have a data question, I just ask. If you're an admin or an ops person and you spend way too much time pulling reports, finding data, or if you're a salesperson, customer success, customer support and you are using Salesforce or another CRM, just be able to get questions answered quickly from the data that's in your CRM.
