I think one of the funnest things you can do in your slow cooker is make dessert so today we are making a Smores Pie/Cake. S'mores pie in the slow cooker. Let's get started. I love this because together when you get home and it'll be ready for dessert when it's dessert time. I'm gonna spray the cooker with cooking spray. You could also line it with a slow slow cooker liner. I'm gonna take a yellow box cake mix. You could use chocolate too and I'm gonna make it per the package instructions. It is one cup of water. It calls for a half a cup of oil. I only have a quarter. So I'm gonna do the quarter cup of oil and a scoop of sour cream and three eggs. One, two, three. Take your cake mix and pour it in slow cooker. For the toppings instead of just sprinkling on graham crackers, we're gonna make a graham cracker streusel. So I have about four tablespoons of melted butter. Gonna take about a cup of crushed graham crackers. Pour that in. A little pinch of salt and about 1/4 cup of brown sugar. I'm gonna mix up my streusel. I sprinkle my streusel on top. Now I'm gonna add about one and a/2 cups of chocolate chips. Measure with your heart. And then two to three cups of mini marshmallows on top of that. Let's take a look at what it looks like. Yum, there she is. Cover this and put it on high for two hours. That's it. We'll be back. My cake is ready. So we're gonna serve. And most of my marshmallows melted. So we're gonna add some more over the top. Now to give it that little s'mores um feel. I'm gonna use my little like, it's like a little kitchen torch. And just give the marshmallows that s'mores crisp. Alright, it's literally picture perfect. At it. She's beautiful. Now we taste test. It is slightly like molten lava. Hmm. Wow. Let me tell you, if you wanna impress, you need to make this s'mores cake in the slow cooker cause it is incredible. Like vanilla ice cream or like the telemuk is it campfire or campsite ice cream would be delicious. Let me know if you make this, you will not be disappointed, I promise.
