What I ate today as a mom prioritizing balance and trying to feel confident again at 9 months postpartum I ate today as a mom who prioritizes balance and is trying to feel confident in her body again. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with two pieces of buttered sourdough toast. Then went into making my homemade latte with honey, sea salt and brown sugar, which is arguably my favorite part of the day. Grabbed a snack of these Nature Valley bars and they are my favorite. We did run to Costco so we had the street tacos and they are so, so good. If you have not tried them, they are such a quick, easy mom lunch. Also had a sweet treat. Afternoon snack was a Kirkland beef stick of course. And if we have leftovers in the fridge that I'm especially, my husband did make this and I think it's rice, sausage, tomatoes. Which was actually really good. Since we're prioritizing protein, we made a Greek yogurt bowl with some raspberries, granola and chocolate chips to end off the night.
