Let's run through a what I eat in a day as a girl who's prioritizing protein intake and someone who has to eat before a morning workout. Life hack: I store my Power Crunch protein bars in the freezer. This French vanilla crème flavored one is my favorite. And when you put it in the freezer, it tastes like a really yummy frozen snack. I'm a sucker for a sweet treat between these crispy layers of wafer and creamy filling. So all of the protein and nutritional benefits of the bars, these are my perfect pre-workout snack. After my workout, when I'll come home and make a big breakfast. Today was scrambled eggs and fruit. I made matzah and I some tuna melts with some fresh heirloom tomatoes on top.
