I just got an iPad, let me show you settings you should change immediately. If you saw from my last video, I recently got this iPad for my dad. Very handy when you have your own business, there's so many things that play into it, especially for on the go. Let's get into it. We like to go into Display & Brightness and make sure that Automatic is turned on. When the sun rises, it goes to light mode, but when the sun sets, it goes into dark mode. Very much like that feature on all of my devices. I like to make sure that Bold Text is toggled on. This just gives it a whole different look. I'm going into Home Screen & App Library. You can see Show App Library in Dock is toggled on. So we have this down here. And I'm going to toggle that off so we can scoot away. Next, I'm going into Accessibility. I'm going into Display & Text Size. This is a bigger screen, so I like to click on Larger Text. Toggle on Larger Accessibility Sizes. This just gives you such a better range on bigger text on your screen. I love it so much for iPad. I think this is very much needed. Back into Accessibility. I'm going to press on Motion. I like to toggle on Reduce Motion. This makes the transitions less seamless. Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions. Vehicle Motion Cues. Auto-Play Animated Images. Auto-Play Video Previews. Auto-Play Message Effects. Prefer Non-Blurring Cursor. Lastly, going into Touch. Make sure that Tap to Wake is toggled on because when I lock this, and I tap it, it's not turning on unless I hit the power button at the top. So once I toggle that on, I lock it and I tap it, it will wake up. My settings are complete. We're ready to go to the next phase of setting up my iPad, which is customizing. Quite literally looks so boring. Everything that the new update has brought us, I'm going to be using on this iPad. Comment below if you want tips and tricks for your iPad, or different apps I can suggest, whether you're a college student, whether you're a business owner, whether you're just somebody who likes to do something different.
