We have the SK Hynix IPO happening this Friday. Now, a lot of you pointed out that this is not a true IPO and you are correct. The technical term or the official term is a secondary offering. And the reason is is because Hynix is already listed on South Korean exchanges. So this isn't, this company isn't going public for the first time. We already know the financials. We already know what the market discovery processes priced the company at. What will happen on Friday is that they're called ADRs, and that essentially allows an American share to represent values of a company that trades on foreign exchanges. The closest company SK Hynix is Taiwan Semiconductors. Understand the Taiwan Semiconductors typically trades at a premium of 8 to 33% above what the company trades on the Taiwan exchanges. And people are expecting SK Hynix to do a similar thing. One SK Hynix share in the US actually represents five shares for the company in Taiwan. And SK Hynix is going to operate similarly. One SK Hynix share in the US actually represents only one tenth of a share in South Korea. So let me know your thoughts. Are you going to be buying SK Hynix ADR shares on exchange come Friday?
