Looking to break into medical device sales? Here are the types of roles you should be looking up on LinkedIn. Number one is associate sales rep. This is basically a junior rep. You're in training for six to 12 months until you can learn all the ins and outs of the procedure and the business. Get some wins, and then once you get a couple wins and show that you can manage your time and territory well, then you get promoted. The second role is field sales associate. It's kind of the same thing as an associate rep, but I would want you to miss out on the Boston Scientific field sales associate program opportunity. Those are really good and they hire people without a lot of sales experience. And then the third one is clinical specialist. If you don't have sales experience or if you come from a clinical background, like a bedside nurse or anyone in the hospital who does procedures or even physical therapy or things like that, starting as a clinical specialist is a good way to go. You won't get that objection that you have a lack of sales experience. You just have to work hard and if you want to get promoted at some point, right? If not, it's a really good career as a clinical specialist as well. So those are the three roles to look up. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck.
