If you're an itchy sister like me, hi, my name is Andrea. I have eczema and taking a shower is probably my least favorite part of the day because it feels like it burns sometimes, especially when you're having an active flare up. So, this is my current shower routine. First off, if your body wash has fragrance in it, what are you doing, babe? That is a no-no in the itchy sis community. Okay, we need to be using body wash with no fragrance and formulated for sensitive skin like us. This is the only body wash that works for me. It is the La Roche Posay Lipikar Body Wash and it says reduces severe dryness starting in the shower. like before I even step out of the shower, I'm being moisturized. all right? Because of this one right here. Doesn't make me feel itchy. It actually helps alleviate the itchiness. I don't know how. I mean, it says anti-itch. So, you're doing something, La Roche Posay. Love this. Then after I get out of the shower, I lather my whole body with this bottle. This is the La Roche Posay Lipikar Baume Light, by the way. I like the light one. It's a bit easier to soak into the skin. This one is also triple action bomb, anti-itching, repairing, immediate soothing. So with the combination of these two products, my shower routine has become a lot more bearable and a lot more comfortable and especially right now in the summer where I'm having an active flare up, these two have been my go-to.
