20+ years in sales and people still don’t believe me when I say: 1. Sales isn’t about what you say. It’s about how well your prospect feels heard. People don’t buy because your pitch was perfect. They buy because they finally feel like someone understands what they’re trying to accomplish. The best closers ask better questions, listen longer than they’re comfortable with, and only speak when it actually moves the conversation forward. 2. Arrogance works in low ticket sales. High ticket clients are different. When someone is investing serious money, they’re not looking for the loudest person in the room. They’re looking for someone they trust. Confidence closes deals. Ego pushes them away. The bigger the investment, the more humility, curiosity, and professionalism matter. 3. It’s easier to sell what you genuinely believe in. You don’t have to memorize scripts when you’re convinced your product changes lives. Your conviction comes through naturally. And when you truly believe someone is better off because of what you offer, sales stops feeling like convincing and starts feeling like helping. Which one do you agree with the most?👇
