We would have to pay them pretty well. See, I was thinking the opposite. use government money that way we don't have to pay them much. What? They have a doctorate. They're literally physicians. Sure. But they're going to have a ton of student loans. they should be grateful for anything that we give them. So, how little are we talking here? What do you think? Let's do maybe, $6,000 a month before tax. $6,000? For a 80-hour work week? That's... fifteen bucks an hour. So, now you're seeing the vision. Right. But some of the employees at the gas station down the street literally make more than that. Exactly. It's perfect but you know, I can't think of a name for what we should call them. I mean why don't we just call them doctors... they're physicians after all? See I was thinking something like... I don't know like house officers. I don't know like house officers. that way when they're here all the time. They'll feel like it's the right thing to do because they're home. Why on earth would anybody accept Because we're going to call it "training." And we're going to remind them that there's a class right behind them. What stops them from taking a higher-paying position somewhere else? See that's the brilliant part. There's going to be a match system. They're going to sign a contract. They're going to have to go wherever they get placed. And we're going to make it almost impossible to change jobs or specialties. highly competitive applicants. Aren't they just going to negotiate better terms? don't be silly. Doctors don't know much about money or business. As long as they don't follow Money Meets Medicine, that's true.
