Santander's 8% Saver. Sometimes they have launched their 8% regular saver and this is everything that you need to know about it. First, it's an 8% AER variable account which means that it can change and go up or down. You can save a maximum of £200 per month so it's not for lump sum savings. It's £200 per month. You can withdraw your money at any point so it's not locked in there, you can take it out. The interest rate includes a 5% bonus and after 12 months it drops back down to 3%. If you use the full £200 per month, you would have saved £2,400 by the end of it. It's probably important to know that you need to have a Santander qualifying current account before you can open this. And lastly, you must be 16 or over and live in the UK to apply.
